This prodigy growing up in Australia had a curriculum just designed to suit his educational needs. On the other hand a student in Ghana is wondering the motivation for attending school. For his opinion, he views formal education as a calling: in Twi jokingly '3y3 )fr3'. Well assuming it's a call, in Ghana for instance there is the FCUBE (Free Compulsory Universal Basic Education). That means all have been called to this basic education 'feat'. In Twi again, 'Afr3 akwadaa bia'. The constitution of Ghana and most African countries have enshrined in it compulsory basic education. Where every child is expected to have basic education and obtain the basic skills required for success in adult life. Most national curriculum are structured such that the average child will obtain the requisite training and skills besides the ability to read and write. If it's a call, then all children have been called to this and are expected to respond and offer their best inputs. With the effort of each child as education keeps staying the beacon of hope and agent of transformation, society is foreseen to be in for an inevitable transformation especially on the African continent. And hey Australia drafted a new curriculum for gifted children just for the sake of Terrance and trailblazing. In Africa however the wait is finally getting over, to be safe preregister/signup for Ensurance: it comes as a cushion.
